QIRAT303

QIRAT303, a brand of OTHENTIC LLC

Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026

These terms govern The Cut Mark, a brand positioning session sold by OTHENTIC LLC through qirat303.com, and your use of this website. By applying, booking or paying, you agree to them.

1. Who you are contracting with

OTHENTIC LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, trading as QIRAT303.

Postal address:
OTHENTIC LLC
1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200
Sheridan, Wyoming 82801
United States

Email: contact@qirat303.com

In these terms, “we” and “us” mean OTHENTIC LLC. “You” means the person or business buying the session.

2. What you are buying

The Cut Mark is a single engagement consisting of:

  • One live session of 60 to 90 minutes, delivered by Muhammad Algaiar over Google Meet, conducted in Arabic or English
  • One written brief, delivered by email within 48 hours of the session ending, containing the corrected name or positioning in precise language, and guidance on how to begin using it

That is the whole of what we owe you. The engagement is complete when the brief is delivered.

3. What you are not buying

So that there is no argument about it later, The Cut Mark does not include:

  • A rebrand, a visual identity, a logo or any design work
  • A marketing campaign, an advertising plan or media buying
  • A website, copywriting beyond the brief itself, or any production work
  • Ongoing consultancy, retained advice, follow-up sessions or implementation support
  • Any guarantee of a commercial result

We are not lawyers, accountants or financial advisers, and nothing in the session or the brief is legal, tax, financial or investment advice.

Trade marks are not checked. We do not search, clear or register trade marks, and we do not verify that a name we propose is available to you in any country. Before you use a new name commercially, have it cleared by a qualified trade mark attorney in the markets that matter to you. Any decision to adopt a name is yours alone.

4. Who may buy

By applying or booking, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are buying for a business, not as a private individual for personal use, unless you tell us otherwise
  • If you are buying on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind it to these terms

5. Applying is not booking

Applications are made through the form at qirat303.com/apply.

Submitting an application does not create a contract and does not reserve a session. We read every application and reply within 24 hours. We may decline any application, and we do not have to give a reason.

If we accept, we send you a booking link. A contract is formed only when payment is received and a session time is confirmed.

6. Booking, rescheduling and no-shows

  • Sessions are booked through Calendly and delivered over Google Meet.
  • Times shown are in the time zone you select. It is your responsibility to check the time converts as you expect.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Within that window, use the link in your confirmation email.
  • You may reschedule once without charge. A second reschedule is at our discretion.
  • If you do not attend and did not give 24 hours’ notice, the session is treated as delivered and the fee is not returned. We will wait 15 minutes from the scheduled start.
  • If we have to reschedule, you may choose a new time or have a full refund, your choice.

7. Fees and payment

  • The Cut Mark is $250 USD.
  • The founding rate is $97 USD, available to the first five clients who opt in under section 8.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. Payment confirms your place. We do not hold a slot before payment.
  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Prices are exclusive of any tax, duty, currency conversion cost or bank charge that may apply where you are. If your country imposes any of those, they are yours to pay.
  • If a payment is reversed or charged back after the session has been delivered, the fee remains due and we may recover it.

8. The founding rate

The founding rate is not a discount. It is an exchange, and these are its terms.

You receive the session and brief at $97 instead of $250.

In return, if you opted in, you agree to:

  • Give a genuine testimonial once you have applied the work, and in any event within 90 days of receiving your brief
  • Allow us to publish a case study as described in section 10 of our Privacy Policy, which may include your business name, your city and country, the names and roles of the people we worked with, photographs taken with your agreement, the positioning before and after, a quote attributed to you, and any commercial outcomes you are willing to share

You keep control. We show you anything before it is published. Nothing goes out that you have not approved. You can withdraw your consent at any time, and we will take the case study down within 30 days.

If the testimonial never comes. The testimonial must be genuine. We will not tell you what to say, and we would rather have nothing than something you do not mean. But if 90 days pass and you have neither given a testimonial nor told us you would rather not, we may invoice you the $153 difference between the founding rate and the standard rate. We will email you first and give you 14 days to respond.

If you withdraw a published case study, we will not invoice you the difference. Withdrawing is free.

The founding rate is limited to the first five clients. Opting in on the application form does not guarantee you a place at that rate. If the five are taken, we will tell you before you pay anything.

9. Refunds

The fee is not refundable once the session has taken place. The reason is on the sales page and it is the truth: the work starts before the session does. We read your application, research your market and your competitors, and prepare before we meet you. That preparation is most of the value and it cannot be returned.

Before the session, the position is:

  • More than 24 hours before, you may reschedule once at no charge under section 6
  • If we cancel or reschedule, you may take a full refund

9.1 If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK

If you are buying as a consumer and you are resident in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel a service bought at a distance and receive a refund.

Because sessions are often booked and delivered inside that period, we will ask you at checkout to confirm two things: that you want the service to begin before the 14 days are up, and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once it has been fully performed.

If you do not give that confirmation, you keep the 14-day right. If you give it and the session goes ahead, the fee is not refundable from the moment the session is delivered. If you cancel after giving that confirmation but before the session, we may keep a proportionate amount for preparation already done.

This section does not affect any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.

10. What we need from you

  • Accurate answers. The brief is only as good as what you tell us. If your application misrepresents your business, the result will be wrong and that is not a defect we can fix.
  • Attendance. Be at the session, on time, able to speak for the business.
  • Authority. Whoever attends must be able to make decisions about the brand. A session with someone who has to ask permission afterwards wastes the hour.
  • A working connection, a quiet place, and a device that can run Google Meet.

11. Sanctions and export control

We are a United States company and we are bound by United States sanctions and export control law.

You confirm that you are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of any country or territory subject to comprehensive United States sanctions, and that you are not a person named on any United States restricted or denied party list, nor owned or controlled by such a person.

If we discover otherwise, we may cancel the engagement immediately and refund any fee already paid, and we will not be liable to you for doing so.

12. Intellectual property

The brief is yours. On full payment, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use the naming and positioning work in the brief in your business, without restriction and without further payment.

Our method is ours. The frameworks, questions, process and templates behind the session remain our property. Nothing here transfers them to you.

What we keep. We may reuse the underlying thinking, approach and anonymised patterns in our own work and writing. We may identify you as a client only if you opted in under section 8.

13. The website and our brand

The QIRAT303 name, the mark, the wording, the design and the contents of this website belong to us. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, scrape, or use any part of it commercially without our written permission, and you may not use our name or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site, to probe it for vulnerabilities, to submit automated or fraudulent applications, or to use it for any unlawful purpose.

14. Confidentiality

What you tell us in your application and in the session is confidential. We will not disclose it to anyone outside the services listed in our Privacy Policy, except where the law requires it.

The same runs the other way: the contents of the brief and our method are confidential to you, and you agree not to publish our frameworks or materials as your own.

This survives the end of the engagement.

15. No guarantee

We do not guarantee any commercial outcome. We do not promise more customers, higher prices, better rankings or any particular result. The case studies on our website describe what happened for those businesses. They are not a prediction of what will happen for yours.

What we guarantee is that the session will be delivered and the brief will arrive within 48 hours.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of or connected with these terms, is limited to the amount you actually paid us.
  • We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss.
  • We are not liable for any decision you take on the basis of the brief. The brief is advice. What you do with it is yours.
  • We are not liable for the failure of any third-party service we rely on, including Google Meet, Calendly, Stripe or our host, beyond rescheduling or refunding as set out in these terms.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnity

You confirm that you have the right to give us the information in your application, and that our use of it as described will not infringe anyone else’s rights. You agree to cover us against any claim arising from a breach of that confirmation, or from your use of the brief.

18. Things outside our control

If something genuinely beyond our control prevents a session going ahead, including illness, bereavement, a power or internet failure, or a platform outage, we will reschedule at no charge. If no reschedule can be agreed, we will refund you in full. Neither side is liable to the other beyond that.

19. Electronic communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically, and that emails, booking confirmations and tick boxes satisfy any legal requirement that a communication or agreement be in writing or signed.

20. Notices

Formal notice to us goes to contact@qirat303.com, or to the postal address in section 1. Formal notice to you goes to the email address on your application or booking. A notice by email is treated as received on the next business day.

21. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there.

Before either of us starts proceedings, we agree to try to resolve the matter by email or a call within 30 days. Most things can be settled that way, and we would rather settle them that way.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid. We will keep superseded versions available on request.

23. General

  • Site use. Using this website means you accept these terms as they apply to your use of the site. The terms that govern a purchase are the ones you accept at checkout, which is where they become binding on both of us.
  • Survival. Sections 12, 14, 16, 17, 21 and this section survive the end of the engagement.
  • Severance. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
  • No third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
  • Transfer. You may not transfer your booking or these terms to another business without our agreement in writing. We may transfer them if the business is sold, and your rights will not be reduced.
  • Language. These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version governs.
  • Whole agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and what is stated on the sales page at the time you paid, are the whole agreement between us.
  • Headings are for convenience and do not affect meaning.
